As I have already assembled these previously I shall wait for future releases, but could I inquire as to why Canada “high loss risk” this time?
Previous Raiden Shogun was delivered within 2 weeks successfully.

We are inquiring why the status of the tracking service has been suspended.
We will change the status once we receive an answer as to why it has been suspended.
I inquired with Canada Post support. They no longer publicly track international registered letter mail that begin with “R” or “RR” once it enters Canada. Any international registered letter mail that enters will be treated at regular letter mail with this tracking number.
EMS seems to be available for continuous tracking within Canada and will show updates though Canada Post. If EMS is available for the next release, I would be fine with the additional cost.
